Please know that we receive on average, 3-5 surrender requests per week. Unfortunately, we are not able to take everyone in and we are not accepting owner surrenders at this time. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible and photos. If we are unable to offer placement at NSLB we will do our best to assist you in finding placement.
