Kevin

Kevin came to us severely emaciated and very sick when he was about 6 months old in July of 2020. Kevin had a congenital anomaly of the kidney that resulted in kidney failure. The kidney failure led to increased toxins in his bloodstream ultimately damaging his stomach & intestinal tract. He fought so hard and so long. We are thankful for the MSU medical team for fighting for Kevin with us.

Ally

Ally was an underage piglet that landed in unexperienced hands. Underage piglets require very specific and attentive care. We met Ally when she was just 11 days old, in July of 2021. Ally went too long without having her needs met and she was unable to continue her fight. We are thankful for the MSU medical team for fighting for Ally with us.

Scott

Much of Soctt’s history is unknown. Scott was abandoned in the dead of winter, barely surviving under a pine tree when he was rescued by Dominion Sanctuary in January 2020, and then joining NSLB in 2021. Scott’s heart was not meant for this earthly world, and it gave out on him in October 2022.

Hank

Much of Hank’s history is unknown. Hank was found living in a wood pile left to fend for himself in the brutal winter when he was rescued by Dominion Sanctuary in January of 2020. Hank joined the NSLB family in June of 2021 when Dominion had to close their doors. Hank was a sweet but shy guy. He enjoyed human attention, and he loved being the leader of his flock. Hank’s heart was not meant for this earthly world, and it gave out on him in March 2024.
